From I-40 West and I-40 East:

• Take I-140 to Oak Ridge (Pellissippi Parkway) to Hardin Valley Road exit.
• Hardin Valley Road Exit. Take a Right on to Hardin Valley. Go 1.3 miles to Stop Light at West Bridge Industrial Park.
• Take a Left into West Bridge Industrial Park. Stay on that road 2.3 miles, until you come to the stop light in Karns. (There will be a gas station on the left and a church on the right, and a Wallgreens across the street.)
• Turn Right on to Oak Ridge Highway (Hwy 62). Go 0.7 miles.
• Look for the Dollar General Store on your left. Turn into the Dollar General parking lot.
• Our door is at the corner of this complex.
• We sublease to another school in the front. Knoxville Aikido's door is in the far corner of the front room.

From I-640:

• Take the Western Avenue Exit heading West.
• Stay on Western Ave, it will become Oak Ridge Highway for approx 7.7 miles (Hwy 62).
• You will go past a Krogers (left), and Cumberland Estates Subdivision (down the road right). and a couple of miles down the road you'll come to a stop light at a big Church (left).
• When you pass an Ingles Grocery Store (right) Look for the Dollar General Store on your right. Turn into the Dollar General parking lot.
• Our door is at the corner of this complex. We sublease to another school in the front. Knoxville Aikido's door is in the far corner of the front room.

From Maryville/Alcoa:

• Look for the Dollar General Store on your left. Turn into the Dollar General parking lot.
