Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-8:00 pm in Knoxville. Cost is $45 per month. There are no contracts.

Directions to Knoxville Aikido Dojo workout site:
From I-640:
1. Take the Western Avenue Exit heading West.
2. Stay on Western Ave, it will become Oak Ridge Highway for approx 7.7 miles (Hwy 62).
3. You will go past a Krogers (left), and Cumberland Estates Subdivision (down the road right). and a couple of miles down the road you'll come to a stop light at a big Church (left) accross from a Food Lion Grocery store (right).
4. When you pass an Ingles Grocery Store (right) Look for the Dollar General Store on your left. Turn into the Dollar General parking lot.
5. Our door is at the corner of the Dollar General and Post Office. C'mon in and head for the back mat.

Directions to Knoxville Aikido Dojo workout site:
From Maryville/Alcoa:
1. Take I-140 to Oak Ridge (Pellissippi Parkway) to Hardin Valley Road exit.
2. Hardin Valley Road Exit. Take a Right on to Hardin Valley. Go 1.3 miles to Stop Light at West Bidge Industrial Park.
3. Take a Left into West Bidge Industrial Park. Stay on that road 2.3 miles, until you come to the stop light in Karns. (There will be a gas station on the left and a church on the right, and a gym across the street.)
4. Turn Right on to Oak Ridge Highway (Hwy 62). Go 0.7 miles.
5. Look for the Dollar General Store on your left. Turn into the Dollar General parking lot.
6. Our door is at the corner of the Dollar General and Post Office. C'mon in and head for the back mat.

Directions to Knoxville Aikido Dojo workout site:
From Oak Ridge.
1. Get on to Oak Ridge Highway (Hwy 62). Go until you hit the the stoplight in Karns. (There will be a gas station on the right and a church on the right, and a gym on the left.)
2. Go straight through the stop light 0.7 miles.
3. Look for the Dollar General Store on your left. Turn into the Dollar General parking lot.
4. Our door is at the corner of the Dollar General and Post Office. C'mon in and head for the back mat.
